Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure accurate brand presentation and event execution.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service; assist the sales team in achieving store sales and service goals.
- Maintain store safety and compliance with company policies to create an enjoyable and secure shopping environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by promoting openness, collaboration and strong attendance/punctuality during scheduled shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).
- Perform physical tasks as required (including lifting and carrying merchandise up to 50 pounds).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment, or in a comparable operations role.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey product knowledge to clients and peers.
- Team-oriented attitude with a goal-driven mindset and the capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliability in scheduling and punctuality; availability for peak retail hours and flexible shifts.

Experience
Entry-level/Beginner: 1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment, or equivalent operational experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or merchandising training is a plus.
