Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards across inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Manage inventory accuracy and execute stock replenishment protocols to optimize product availability
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure promotional setups and event execution reflect Sephora's brand positioning
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving store performance goals
- Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies
