Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory receipt, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain merchandising standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and execute promotional setups and event displays consistent with brand guidelines.
- Maintain operational standards that ensure a safe, secure and inviting shopping environment for clients and colleagues.
- Contribute to delivering exceptional client service by supporting sales floor activities and helping the team achieve sales objectives.
- Promote inclusivity and teamwork through open communication and reliable attendance; meet scheduling and shift requirements during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment, or in a similar operations role.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a collaborative, goal-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with a quick aptitude for product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged periods of standing and stock handling.

Entry-level: 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced store setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
