Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute and support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment and stockroom organization.
  • Implement visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain on-brand presentation and support events.
  • Deliver outstanding client service and assist the sales team in achieving store performance goals.
  • Maintain operational standards related to health, safety and loss prevention; follow company policies and procedures.
  • Provide product knowledge to colleagues and assist in training as needed.
  • Work flexible shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain reliable attendance.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise (up to 50 pounds).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Quick learner with the ability to acquire and communicate product knowledge.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
