Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations to ensure a seamless shopping environment, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage inventory lifecycle: receive deliveries, perform stock replenishment, conduct cycle counts and support order fulfilment.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and promotional setups to maintain brand-consistent presentation and drive event execution.
- Support the client experience by assisting clients, sharing product knowledge and contributing to sales targets.
- Champion store safety and loss-prevention policies to protect inventory, team and clients.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture through dependable attendance, punctuality and flexible availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing operations role.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated time-management and inventory control capabilities.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; adept at delivering product information and service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.

Experience
1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or other client-focused environment; prior store operations or inventory experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or retail-specific training is a plus.
