The Operations Associate supports Sephora’s daily store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, promotional setups, and events while contributing to client experience and sales goals. This is a permanent, part-time position with 15–29 hours per week; hourly pay is $20.85–$23.98, depending on qualifications, experience, and other position- or location-specific business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintenance of operational standards.
