Sephora Operations Associate position in Huntersville, NC. Full-time hourly role supporting store operations, inventory management, and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and merchandise displays
- Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand standards and promotional setups
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals
