Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards across inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand identity through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Deliver exceptional client service by supporting the team in achieving sales goals and creating outstanding customer experiences
