Sephora Houston (Galleria) seeks a Part-time Operations Associate—$19.80–$22.90/hr—to manage inventory, merchandising and daily store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to operational standards.
  • Manage inventory lifecycle tasks including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand guidelines and support events.
  • Assist sales team by maintaining product availability, organizing back-of-house areas, and facilitating smooth floor operations.
  • Contribute to achievement of store sales goals through operational support and excellent client service.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and adhere to company policies for safety and loss prevention.
  • Maintain punctuality and availability for required shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment (or similar operations role).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with a client-first mindset.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience
