Sephora Honolulu is hiring a Part Time Operations Associate in Honolulu, HI — hourly $19.80–$26.00/hr. Apply to support inventory, merchandising and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and support store events.
  • Assist the sales team to deliver excellent client experiences and contribute to store sales objectives.
  • Maintain operational standards, ensure safe and secure store conditions, and adhere to company policies.
  • Promote an inclusive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to optimise workflow during peak trading periods.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience or in a similar operational role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong time-management and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting client service initiatives.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks.
  • Availability for required shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, and reliable attendance.

Experience
