Sephora Honolulu (Kahala) is hiring a Part-time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and client service. $19.80–$26.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and maximize sell-through.
  • Deliver high-quality client service and support the sales team in achieving store performance targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe, compliant retail environment.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by fostering collaboration, openness and respect among colleagues.
  • Maintain punctuality and meet required shift/hours commitments, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable educating clients on product benefits.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks associated with stocking and merchandising.

Experience

Entry-level retail experience required: typically 1–2 years in a comparable role within retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
