Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards across inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Manage visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork to promote an environment where all colleagues feel empowered
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and maintaining a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment
