Sephora Hingham seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate to support store operations, inventory and merchandising. $19.80–$26.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage inventory lifecycle: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and event execution.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales objectives.
- Uphold company policies for safety, loss prevention and a welcoming shopping environment.
- Work flexibly across scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; ensure punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving and stocking merchandise (able to lift up to 50 pounds).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment, or a similar operations role.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to operational detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable coaching or collaborating with peers.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and relay product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
- Customer-focused orientation and ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including peak retail hours.

Entry-level to early-career: 1–2 years in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role, or prior experience in store operations supporting inventory and merchandising.
