Sephora in Henderson, NV is hiring a part-time Operations Associate at Green Valley Ranch — $18–$23/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and presentation standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and event activations.
  • Support the store team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales objectives through operational excellence.
  • Maintain operational standards by following company policies, loss-prevention procedures and health & safety requirements.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive workplace by supporting teammates and promoting a positive client experience.
  • Adhere to scheduling requirements and be available for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays); perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to support and elevate client service.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients and colleagues.
  • Reliability in attendance and punctuality; flexible availability for peak retail periods.
  • Physical ability to perform stock handling duties (lift/carry up to 50 lbs).

Experience
