Sephora (Harrisburg) is hiring a Part-Time Operations Associate at The Shoppes at Susquehanna Marketplace. Hourly pay $18–$23/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient retail environment.
- Perform inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain accurate promotional setups and event displays in line with brand standards.
- Assist the sales floor team to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store sales objectives.
- Maintain operational standards, including store safety, loss-prevention and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with colleagues to promote teamwork, inclusivity and a positive client experience.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and provide reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset.
- Quick learner able to absorb and relay product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform sustained periods of standing.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store scheduling.

Experience
1–2 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment; entry-level candidates with relevant transferable experience may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
