Sephora — Harlem: Part-time Operations Associate. Manage inventory, visual merchandising and support client experience at Sephora's 125th Street store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain accurate on-floor availability.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and execute promotional setups and in-store events to reflect brand standards and campaign guidelines.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client experiences that contribute to sales goals and high service standards.
  • Maintain operational standards by following company policies, ensuring a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Adhere to required scheduling commitments; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Perform physical tasks as needed, including receiving merchandise and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service focus.
