Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling and maintaining operational standards
  • Manage inventory processes: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfilment
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure displays reflect brand standards and activations
  • Deliver exceptional client service and assist the sales team in achieving performance targets
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and adhere to company policies for a safe shopping experience
  • Maintain punctuality and availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays); perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
