Sephora Operations Associate, Part-Time (Greensboro, NC) | Inventory, Visual Merchandising & Retail Support

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards
  • Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure accurate stock counts
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora's brand aesthetic
  • Execute event installations and maintain accurate promotional displays
  • Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales objectives
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork among store staff
  • Uphold Sephora brand standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment
  • Perform stock transfers and maintain organized backroom facilities
  • Be available during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
