Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including receiving, stocking and replenishment to maintain inventory accuracy and flow
- Execute order fulfilment and back‑of‑house logistics to meet store and client demands
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the sales floor reflects Sephora’s brand standards
- Contribute to exceptional client experiences by supporting sales teams and resolving operational obstacles
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to sustain a secure and welcoming shopping environment
- Maintain punctuality and reliability to meet scheduled shifts and cover peak trading periods (nights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing, operational role
- Proven organisational ability and strong time management in a fast‑paced environment

- Comfortable learning and conveying product knowledge quickly
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
