Sephora seeks an Operations Associate in Grand Rapids, MI — full-time hourly role supporting store operations, inventory and visual merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
  • Execute and assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event plans.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support sales goals through proactive assistance and product knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain store safety, follow company policies and contribute to a secure, organized shopping environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and participate reliably in assigned shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to operational detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting client service targets.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to clients and colleagues.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work on a retail floor for extended periods.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling and consistent attendance, including peak retail hours.
