Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand guidelines and support in-store events.
  • Support the sales floor in delivering outstanding client service and assist the team in achieving sales and client experience goals.
  • Maintain operational standards, adherence to company policies, and a safe, secure shopping environment.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture through consistent punctuality, reliability and positive communication.
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including receiving and moving merchandise (up to 50 pounds).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles, or in a similar operations function.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the capacity to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to clients and colleagues.
  • Availability for required scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
