Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain accurate stock levels and product availability.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and seasonal activations.
  • Assist colleagues on the sales floor to deliver exceptional client service and support sales objectives during peak periods and events.
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Contribute to a collaborative store culture by communicating proactively with team members and participating in operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment; entry-level candidates with relevant customer-service experience will be considered.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform repetitive stock-handling duties.
  • Availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and consistent attendance.
