Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage inventory processes: receive shipments, replenish stock, conduct cycle counts, and support order fulfillment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and seasonal campaigns.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies to maintain a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
- Maintain punctuality and meet required weekly scheduling commitments, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment; prior store operations or inventory experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to contribute to a team-driven, client-focused environment.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and communicate product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks on the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience
1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience; experience with store inventory and merchandising is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
