Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Receive, process and replenish inventory; execute order fulfillment and stock organization.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora’s brand directives.
- Assist the sales floor team to deliver outstanding client experiences and contribute to sales targets.
- Maintain a safe, secure and compliant store environment by following company policies and procedures.
- Work reliably according to assigned schedule, including nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require stamina and mobility.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance; ability to meet minimum weekly scheduling requirements.
