Sephora — Operations Associate (Part‑Time) in Gambrills, MD. Hourly $19.80–$26.00, responsible for inventory, merchandising and client support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory management and order fulfillment to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure brand-consistent presentation and successful event execution.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service; assist the team in driving sales goals and creating memorable in-store experiences.
  • Maintain operational standards and adherence to company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and assist colleagues during peak periods or special initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong time-management and a demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Punctual, reliable and able to meet the minimum required weekly shifts/hours for part-time scheduling.
