Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping environment.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to uphold Sephora brand standards and event activation.
- Assist colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store sales objectives.
- Maintain operational standards by following company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention practices.
- Be reliably available for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Excellent organizational, time-management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to clients and teammates.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/manual tasks during shifts.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality and flexibility to work peak retail hours.
Experience
Entry-level: 1–2 years in retail, hospitality or a customer-focused role; prior experience with inventory, stock handling or merchandising preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in business, retail or merchandising is a plus.
