Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain optimal product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising directives and promotional setups to ensure stores accurately reflect brand standards and campaign execution.
- Support store events and promotional activity to maximize client engagement and sales conversion.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service, assisting the team in achieving sales goals and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant retail environment.
- Work a flexible schedule and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Qualifications

- Team-oriented, goal-driven attitude with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform sustained on-floor activity.

Experience
1–2 years of experience in a similar retail, hospitality, or client-focused role, demonstrating competency in inventory processes and customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, merchandising, or hospitality is advantageous.
