Sephora is hiring a part-time Operations Associate for its Gahanna store. The role supports daily operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and client service; part-time scheduling is 15–29 hours per week, with availability required for nights, weekends and holidays. Pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
