Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure an efficient and welcoming shopping environment.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora’s brand standards.
- Assist the sales team to deliver exceptional client service and help achieve store sales objectives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards to protect clients and colleagues.
- Meet required scheduling commitments and be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing role, or in a similar operations position.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and convey product knowledge quickly.
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance with flexibility to work peak retail hours.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment, or previous experience in store operations or merchandising.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
