Sephora in Fresno, CA is hiring a part-time Operations Associate; $20.85–$25.54/hr. Support inventory, visual merchandising and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and event executions.
  • Contribute to a high-calibre client experience through proactive service and by supporting sales objectives.
  • Uphold company policies and safety standards to maintain a secure, compliant and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with store team members to foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture and ensure reliable coverage during peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stockroom duties.
  • Punctuality, reliability and flexibility to meet required weekly shifts and peak retail schedules.

Experience
