Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory tracking, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and supports event execution.
  • Support the client experience through proactive service, assisting the sales team to meet store sales goals and performance targets.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards to deliver a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment, or a similar operations role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time-management with the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to outstanding client service.
  • Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time scheduling.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
