Sephora in Fort Wayne hires a Part-Time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and daily store operations. $16.60–$22.00/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations to ensure a seamless shopping environment and support sales goals.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to maintain brand standards and event execution.
  • Deliver exemplary client service through product knowledge support and active participation in the sales floor.
  • Maintain operational standards, adherence to company policies, and contribute to a safe and inclusive store environment.
  • Support team scheduling and be available during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven time-management capability.
