Sephora in Tampa (Hyde Park Village) seeks an Operations Associate (Flex) to manage inventory, merchandising and daily store operations. $18–$20.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain operational standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising, promotional setups and event layouts to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand presentation.
  • Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule that meets peak retail needs (nights, weekends, holidays) and demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including receiving stock and moving merchandise (able to lift up to 50 pounds).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holiday shifts.

Experience
