Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event activations
- Maintain store operational standards, ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment
- Assist the sales team to deliver outstanding client experiences and contribute to sales objectives
- Adhere to company policies and promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, reliable approach
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting product knowledge
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Education
