Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day store operations to ensure an efficient and client‑focused environment.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set‑ups to accurately reflect brand standards and seasonal events.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service to help the team achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Uphold company policies, safety and loss‑prevention procedures to maintain a secure shopping environment.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying merchandise up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing role, or equivalent customer service experience.
  • Proven organizational and time‑management capabilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and convey product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail setting and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Ability to meet scheduling requirements for a flexible/part‑time role and maintain consistent attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
