Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
  • Manage inventory tasks: receiving, restocking, cycle counts and order fulfillment to ensure product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional displays to reflect brand guidelines and event activations.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service that contributes to sales goals and elevated in-store experiences.
  • Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Work collaboratively within the store team to promote inclusivity, reliability and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment, or equivalent transferable experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong time management with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills; able to support teammates and interact with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey information to clients and colleagues.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and performing prolonged periods of standing.
  • Reliable availability for nights, weekends and peak holiday periods; punctuality and consistent attendance.

Experience

1–2 years in retail, hospitality or a comparable client-facing role; experience with inventory handling and merchandising is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or certification in retail merchandising or customer service is advantageous but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 22 per hour.
