Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the store’s daily operational rhythm, including opening/closing duties and maintaining operational standards.
  • Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment to ensure accurate on-floor availability.
  • Assist visual merchandising and execute promotional displays and event setups to maintain brand presentation and campaign fidelity.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service to help the team achieve sales and conversion objectives.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive working environment and adhere to Sephora’s policies for a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by store scheduling; lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds when necessary.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment preferred.
  • Proven organizational skills and strong time-management ability.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable learning and sharing product knowledge.
  • Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
