Sephora in Boynton Beach, FL is hiring an Operations Associate - Flex (part‑time). Hourly $18.00–$20.50; inventory, merchandising and client service role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day store operations including receiving, inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign standards.
  • Support client service delivery on the sales floor, assisting clients and contributing to store sales goals through attentive service.
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture and assist during peak traffic periods, events and promotions.
  • Be punctual and reliable, meeting the minimum weekly shift requirements and remaining available for nights, weekends and holiday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing environments, or in a similar operations role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong time‑management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey product knowledge and support team objectives.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and performing tasks on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays and willingness to work a variable ‘flex’ schedule (4–14 hrs/week).

Experience
