Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora brand standards and support marketing events.
- Support the client experience by assisting customers, communicating product information and contributing to sales objectives.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment.
- Work collaboratively with store colleagues to foster inclusivity, teamwork and a high-performance culture.
- Be available for flexible scheduling during peak retail periods (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet required minimum shifts/hours.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or client-facing role, or equivalent experience in operations support.
- Proven organizational skills and strong time-management capability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and stock duties.
- Reliable availability for flexible shift scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
