Sephora Bloomfield Hills is hiring an Operations Associate (Flex) — part-time flex schedule, $18–$23/hr; support store operations, inventory and merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient, compliant functioning of the sales floor and back-of-house processes.
  • Oversee inventory control activities including receiving, stock replenishment, order fulfillment and cycle counts to maintain merchandising standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora brand presentation and support events.
  • Support the team in delivering exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store sales objectives.
  • Uphold company policies, safety and loss-prevention standards while promoting a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Maintain flexible availability during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality or client-facing environment, or in a similar operations role.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management to prioritise operational tasks.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities; proven collaborator in team settings.
  • Rapid learner with capacity to acquire and communicate product knowledge.
  • Ability to perform physical duties required by the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
