Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to brand standards.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora brand guidelines and support events.
  • Deliver exceptional client service while assisting sales teams to achieve store KPIs and sales goals.
  • Maintain operational standards for safety, security and store presentation.
  • Promote an inclusive team culture through collaboration and positive communication.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet required minimum weekly hours.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or customer‑facing operations roles.
