Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising, promotional setups and event layouts to maintain brand presentation and drive conversion.
  • Deliver excellent client service by supporting the sales team, providing product information and contributing to an outstanding in-store experience.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and safety standards to protect clients and colleagues.
  • Support a collaborative, inclusive team environment and assist colleagues during peak periods and special events.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and staffing requirements; be available for nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment.
