Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and event objectives.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service; assist team members in achieving sales and service targets.
  • Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and maintain punctual attendance; provide availability during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Perform routine physical tasks such as unpacking shipments, stocking shelves and moving inventory (able to lift up to 50 lbs).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Quick learner with the ability to acquire and communicate product knowledge.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible to variable scheduling.

Experience
