Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day store operations to ensure an orderly, secure and efficient retail environment.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts, receiving and order fulfillment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and execute events.
- Deliver and support exceptional client experiences; assist the sales team to achieve store sales objectives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures to protect clients and colleagues.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience, or equivalent.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with attention to operational detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a team.
- Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and stocking tasks.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store scheduling.
