Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain seamless product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and local marketing initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional client service by assisting the sales team, supporting client experiences and contributing to sales objectives.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative store culture by promoting inclusivity, punctuality and reliable shift coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritise operational tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service focus.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock-handling duties.
- Availability to meet required minimum weekly shifts and to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Entry-level retail experience: typically 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or client-focused role with hands-on exposure to inventory handling, merchandising and customer-facing service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail, merchandising or customer service coursework or training is an advantage.
