Sephora in El Paso, USA is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Associate to manage inventory and visual merchandising (15–29 hrs/week).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations, ensuring a safe, organized and compliant environment.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, counting and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to uphold brand presentation standards and event activations.
- Assist the client experience by supporting the sales team, contributing to service standards and helping the store meet sales objectives.
- Maintain punctuality and schedule reliability, including availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or client-facing operations role, or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational skills and strong time-management discipline
- Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks
- Ability to learn product information quickly and apply it to operational tasks

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further coursework or vocational training in retail, hospitality or merchandising is advantageous but not required.
