Sephora Edina is hiring a part-time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations at Southdale (Edina, MN).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment.
- Maintain operational standards and assist with loss prevention procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand guidelines and event activations.
- Deliver outstanding client service and support the sales team in achieving store targets.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora policies for safety and customer experience.
- Maintain punctuality and meet the minimum weekly shift/hours requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role, or similar operations experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with diverse clientele.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to clients and colleagues.
- Team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset and resilience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment; experience with store operations, inventory control or merchandising preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary coursework in retail, business or hospitality is a plus but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Edina, Minnesota, USA, with easy access to Minneapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 26 per hour.
