Sephora (NC‑Southpoint, Durham) seeks an Operations Associate (Flex). Part‑time hourly role, $18.00–$20.50/hr, flexible schedule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups, ensuring the sales floor reflects Sephora’s brand standards and event activations.
- Assist the client-facing team to deliver excellent service and contribute to achievement of sales goals.
- Maintain store safety and compliance by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Provide reliable, flexible coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet scheduled shift commitments.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and relay product knowledge to colleagues and clients.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail stocking duties.

Experience
1–2 years of customer-facing or retail operations experience in a retail or hospitality setting; entry-level to junior proficiency.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
