Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment and cycle counts.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and execute events.
- Deliver outstanding client service and support the sales team in achieving store performance goals.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture and uphold company policies for safety and security.
- Maintain punctuality and flexible availability for shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Proven organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-focused and team-oriented.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and translate it to client interactions.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/stocking tasks.
