Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining established operational standards
- Execute visual merchandising tasks to reflect Sephora's brand identity through accurate promotional setups and event coordination
- Assist in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the team in achieving sales objectives
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by promoting openness and empowerment across all team members
